Our 24-7 skilled RN staffing is provided as a standard of care. Our services to the community have been redefined as Post-acute Care, Continuing Care and Comfort Care to better meet patient and family needs. Through our journey to excellence, recognized by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE), we have revamped our in-servicing of partners and their accountability of knowledge in their profession. By continuously improving our methods of listening to customers and improving on past results we have re-organized the current and future vision for our center and its services.
