My husband was a patient at NHC Columbia for 6 weeks in November and December. I want you to know how much my family and I appreciate the people in this health care center. Not only the nurses on A hall, the front office, especially Kendall, Tiffany, Cherria, but also the whole kitchen staff. Every employee in the building was kind, trained, attentive, professional, but also caring.
The Director of Nursing, Tina, was very reassuring that our loved one would improve.
I must not forget Physical and Occupational Therapy. They do a wonderful job with patience and results.
The food was amazing; so impressed they could feed that many people with multiple choices and serve it "hot"!
One event made a lasting impression. A gentleman working in laundry returned $10 he found in my husbands pocket which speaks for his honesty, but huge for the reputation of your center.
Our family thanks them all and hope your company appreciates that they go beyond just doing their job.
